How Turnover Requirements Work
If a bonus has a 5x turnover requirement and the bonus amount is BDT 1,000, you must place a total of BDT 5,000 in bets before withdrawing. No turnover requirement applies to your own deposited balance.
If Bonus Abuse is detected, the relevant bonus will be forfeited and the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
6 Gaming Policy
All game outcomes on hr777 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Neither hr777 nor any of its staff can influence game results.
- Each game round is completely independent – previous results have no effect on future outcomes
- Hr777 reserves the right to void a round if a technical error occurs during gameplay
- If the connection drops during a game, the result recorded on the server will be final

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Reasons hr777 may close an account
- In cases of Terms & Conditions violations
- In cases of providing false information
- If KYC information is not provided or is submitted incorrectly
- If your account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
- Under court order or legal requirement
Self-Exclusion
To help combat gaming addiction, hr777 offers a self-exclusion feature. You can deactivate your account for a set period or permanently through support.
9 Limitation of Liability
Hr777's liability for any financial losses arising from use of the platform is limited. hr777 is not responsible in the following circumstances:

- If loss occurs due to a fault with your device or software
- For delays caused by third-party payment gateways
- If your account password is compromised
- If service is disrupted due to reasons beyond hr777's control
hr777's maximum financial liability will in no case exceed the total balance held in your account.
